A bit about us. Financial Achievement Services, Inc. (FAS) was founded in 1977 as a full-service financial services firm. We have a national clientele which is served from our headquarters in Greenville, Ohio. The professionals at FAS offer financial planning, estate conservation and investment management services through Royal Alliance. We strive to be recognized and respected for our planning services and our financial advisor training center that currently serves twenty-five investment professionals. Our team of 13 staff members will be here to help guide you in all stages of life.

So who's Phillip? Specializing in onboarding, Phillip Pierri would love the opportunity to meet with you and your family to help navigate your life experiences. It’s never too early and it’s never too late to meet with a Financial Advisor to help you get ready for retirement. Offering a full financial plan to help you keep on track, Phillip joined FAS in 2018 as our newest Financial Advisor. Phillip earned his Bachelor’s Degree, holds an Ohio Life, Accident and Health Insurance License and his Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses. Phillip works individually with clients to help them develop strong financial strategies and currently oversees the firm’s Retirement Plans. A lifelong resident of Greenville, Phillip serves on the Board of Directors of the Darke County Chamber of Commerce and the United Way, and is President of the Main Street Greenville Board of Directors. He also serves his community as the race director for the YOLO Festival of Races and Versailles Poultry Days 5K, and with his wife Jodi and their 4 kids, founded Y.O.L.O. (You Only Live Once) of Darke County, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to continuously improving our local community.
