Phillip Pierri, CPFA®, CFP® is the President of Financial Achievement Services, Inc. He leads the ten-member FAS team in Greenville, Ohio, and provides guidance and training for the seven branch offices affiliated with his group. Phillip works with individual clients both locally and throughout the country to help them develop strong financial strategies. He also oversees the firm’s employer retirement plan clients.
Phillip joined the firm in 2018 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree, the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® designation, an Ohio Life, Accident and Health Insurance License, a Series 7 General Securities License, Series 66 Uniform Combined State License, and Series 24 Securities Principal License.
A lifelong resident of Greenville, Phillip serves on the Board of Directors of the Darke County Chamber of Commerce and the Edison Community College Foundation Committee. He also serves his community as the President and co-founder of Y.O.L.O of Darke County, Inc. Phillip, his wife, Jodi Pierri, and their 4 children founded Y.O.L.O. as a non-profit dedicated to improving the community. To date, the organization has given back over $1.3 million dollars in projects including the YOLO Park in downtown Greenville, an outdoor amphitheater in Heritage Park in Versailles, a new speaker system for downtown Greenville, and an outdoor fitness center in the Greenville City Park. The organization is focused on bringing together high-energy people with a goal of living life to the fullest, giving back, and creating a better tomorrow.
