Phillip Pierri, CPFA^®, CFP^®  is the President of Financial Achievement Services, Inc. He leads the ten-member FAS team in Greenville, Ohio, and provides guidance and training for the seven branch offices affiliated with his group. 

Matt Arnold, CFP^® joined FAS in 1984 and has served the financial needs of regional and national clients since that time. Matt served as President of FAS from 2011 – 2025, when ownership of the business was transitioned to Phillip Pierri. 

Mark Wright, CFP^® joined Financial Achievement Services Inc. in 1999. Mark serves FAS clients as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, and leads the firm’s mutual fund and investment research.

Nick Burns, CFP^®, NSSA^® joined FAS in 2015. He works individually with clients to help them plan for their goals through holistic financial planning and he leads the portfolio trading and rebalancing operations for the firm.
